Congratulations to former LSA student Yiannis Verenakis who recently competed in the World Drug Free Powerlifting Federation (WDFPF) European Powerlifting Championships held in Ireland last month. He competed in both the junior under 100kg squat and bench-press… winning them both! This means that this year, he has won the British, Euro and World squat; British and Euro bench-press (with silver at the Worlds) and set a British record! We couldn’t be more proud of his accomplishments!
