We take pride in listening to all our students and ensuring that they feel supported and feel safe at LSA.

However, there are times when students need additional help and support to discuss things that may be worrying them or to report a concern.

We have provided an email address that allows students to voice any concerns they may have about issues such as bullying, friendships, well-being, or exam stress.

students can send an email to reportaconcern@lsahigh.org

students access reportaconcern@lsahigh.org through their school email. The pastoral team closely monitor the mailbox and respond promptly to any issues which arise.

PLEASE BE AWARE reportaconcern@lsahigh.org is not an emergency service. Any information students share will be acted on within school working hours (8:30am to 3:30pm – Monday to Friday). We aim to respond to all concerns within 1 working day (during term time).
