Safeguarding Notice for suppliers and DeliverersDelivery vehicles entering the site are met with clear signs and a red/amber traffic light system which warns of potential hazards. When the red light is on vehicles should not proceed any further as there will be students walking across the delivery area, instead they should either wait for the light to turn amber or report to Main Reception. When the amber light is on they should proceed on to the site with caution. There is a specific area in which delivery vehicles should park and this is clearly marked - they should not park in the yellow hatched areas. When delivery is complete they should exit the site with care. These measures are in place to safeguard not just our staff and students but also the couriers as our site is very busy during the school day. We would request that deliveries are made either before 8:30am or after 3:30pm wherever possible. |
