Congratulations to two LSA Students who are the winners of a design competition run by the Art Department and St Anne's Town Council.
The design brief was to celebrate the town's new flag on a Christmas card. The brief reflected St Annes seaside location with the inclusion of the St Anne's lifeboat, the' Laura Janet' which was lost at sea in 1886.
We are very proud that after careful consideration Georgia and Emma's designs were chosen to represent the council.
16 other students were also highly commended by the council's judging panel, which just goes to show the excellent artistic standards in the school.
The highly commended pupils are Sophie Hunt, Ellie Crowther, Evangeline Caswell, Josh Wynn, Rosie Buglass, Sophie Tsang, Charlotte Redhead, Eleanor Parkinson, Jemima Richardson, Mathew Thompson, Maya Howell, Megan Rowland, Rose Thorley, Alice Watson, Ben Ried, Jasmin Crossley.
