On Thursday evening, 3rd May, the private view of B&FC 'Young Artist of the Year' was held at the University Centre Blackpool. Schools from the Fylde coast are invited to submit the work of 10 of their best students to be judged by a panel of Art and Design lecturers at B&FC. LSA had four Year 11 students pieces selected for exhibition and were awarded highly commended certificates. All students, their family and friends, and the Art team attended the impressive evening.
The range of work demonstrates a broad range of skill, creativity and imagination and their work will be on display until Friday 18th May.
