Budding entrepreneurs from Lytham St Annes High School have been taking part in a brand new business and enterprise programme delivered by Blackpool FC Community Trust.

The Enterprise Academy is an exciting new programme for 2015, funded by the Premier League and Sport Relief and delivered by Blackpool Football Club Community Trust.
Lytham St Annes High School has been amongst the first schools to pilot the new programme which uses Blackpool Football Club as template to give young people an insight into business in the sports industry.
Students from LSA have been studying the ten core subjects which include business communications, products, services, advertisement, publicity, customer relations and succeeding in the business industry.
Alongside the business aspects of the programme, a key Enterprise Academy initiative is to improve young people’s personal skills which include, teamwork, communication, problem solving and creativity.
The programme engages participants into the business industry and endeavours to make the young people more employable after leaving education.
