Image of 'Wild Fylde' at Park View 4U Cafe in Lytham Showcases the Artistic Talents of our Year 12 Students
Year 12 Students from LSA Technology and Performing Arts College, have opened an exhibition 'Wild Fylde' at Park View 4U Cafe, Lytham. Seven first year sixth formers are showcasing their artistic talents in the popular Lytham Cafe.
The design brief was 'My Environment'. The students took inspiration from a range of artists, who's work is informed by the landscapes around them. The students made the most of the dramatic scenery and the recent wild weather we have experienced on the Fylde Coast. The resulting lanscape paintings are of an amazingly high standard, and make a fantastic exhibition.
Student Sarah Redman said ' I am very proud to have my work displayed at Park View 4U Cafe. The Fylde Coast is a beautiful place to live and provides great inspiration.'

Bethany Baker said 'I am honoured to have this opportunity and it has given me confidence to pursue my artistic ambitions.'

Emma Wylie said 'I am overjoyed to see my work on display.'

Michael Lonsdale, head of art at LSA Technology and Performing Arts College 'Our sincere thanks go to Cath Powell and her team at the cafe for this exciting opportunity to display our talented students work.'
