A cheque for £70 was recently presented to Mr Holt on behalf of the PTFA for the music department. This was raised by the PTFA hosting a Bottle Tombola at the annual Christmas Music concert. Parents kindly donated bottles for the stall which were then prizes for the lucky winners. The tombola proved to be very popular with all the guests and was a great way to raise some money for the department which will be put to good use in the purchase of sheet music.
Just recently the PE department have also asked the PTFA to help out with fundraising for their department. They have been busy doing all sorts of sponsored activities to raise money for desperately needed new sports kits; when they have reached their target the PTFA will be donating the equivalent amount!
