Image of eTwinning in the classroom!
LSA's MFL students have something to be proud of by working on eTwinning in the classroom! Sandra Underwood, School Link Coordinator and MFL teacher has been busy working on eTwinning projects with her students and has been recognized during the 2012-13 academic year by the British Council with Quality Labels for two projects: Aliens Just Like Us? and Grow with Us!

The labels reflect the students hard work and motivation to work virtually with schools across Europe. The British Council said " The theme of the project was very good and offered students an opportunity to engage in issues which are real and impact our lives every day like racial stereotyping. Regarding the second project, the British Council added, "Grow with Us is a short simple first partnership projects which worked well creating enthusiastic learners."

Sandra Underwood said, " It's always a pleasure to be rewarded for hard work and recognizing achievements in students. The plaques are on display in the MFL corridor and I am currently running three other projects and will be looking to start more- Watch this space!"

The eTwinning label is a public affirmation of our commitment to quality and openness to European collaborative work.
