A-C-E (Achieve, Change and Engagement) CharityThere is a new telephone support service for young people between the ages of 11 - 25 in the Lancaster, Morecamble and Fylde and Wyre area provided by A-C-E Charity (Achieve, Change and Engagement) to support young people with their emotional health and well being during this difficult time. The telephone line is available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The staff who are answering the calls are all practitioner's employed by A-C-E. The number is 0800 144 8461. |

School Nursing and Health Visitors
We provide Health Visiting services, health advice (from antenatal through to the first 5 years of your child’s life) and School Nursing Services for 5 to 19-year-olds (to age 25 for SEND). This includes advising on healthy growth and care, breastfeeding, providing help with common health problems and working with other professionals to support young families and carers.
