Senior Prefects used their training to teach their group of Year 11 Prefects on 6 team building activity stations. One of the aims was to work as a team and to get to know each other ready for future events and tasks. The other focus was on employability skills such as problem solving, leadership, decision making, communication, time management, the ability to adapt and be self-motivated. All this links to more than grades, being a Prefect and will also be crucial in the future for the next College or school interviews and jobs.
A special mention to the Senior Prefects who did a superb job of leading, and well done to all Year 11 prefects for their effort.
