Emotional wellbeing is a state in which an individual is comfortable, healthy or happy; but may include broader concepts such as life satisfaction, a person's sense of purpose, and how in control they feel.
Emotional wellbeing is important to all members of a family. At LSA, Life lessons and form times sessions have promoted a focus on emotional wellbeing and we feel that this is more important than ever with the challenges of lockdown.
Each Friday, we will be doing #FeelGoodFriday. This will be a collection of activities, tips and advice for everyone to follow to support how we are feeling. These will be posted on Twitter, Facebook and our school website. This will be supported by weekly form time sessions.
