Amelia Wins Gold at British Ice Skating Qualifier

We’re incredibly proud to share that Amelia Kislitsyn has achieved an outstanding 1st place finish at the British Ice Skating Qualifier for Ice Dance and Solo Dance, held from 3rd to 5th November 2025.

Competing in the Advanced Novice Solo Ice Dance (Free Dance) category, Amelia represented Blackburn Ice Skating Club and delivered a superb performance, earning a total of 43.87 points to secure the top spot.

The event, hosted by British Ice Skating, brought together talented young skaters from across the country. Amelia’s performance stood out for its technical precision, artistry, and composure under pressure — a true testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport.

Her success highlights the incredible achievements of our students beyond the classroom, demonstrating what can be accomplished through commitment and determination.
